Build with us.
We're a small team that punches above its weight — buyers, engineers, warehouse leads, and CX folks across New York, Los Angeles, and Shenzhen. Open roles below.
What it's actually like.
No ping-pong tables, no kombucha on tap, no manifesto on the wall. Just a small team trying to ship good products and answer every email.
Hybrid by default
Two days a week in our Valley Stream office, three days remote — for roles that don't require warehouse or showroom presence. Engineering and design are fully remote-friendly.
Cross-continent team
About a third of the team sits in Shenzhen working with factories. Buyers, sourcing managers, and ops travel between offices a few times a year — we cover it.
Honest comp
Fair base salaries, posted ranges on every job ad, profit-sharing pool that pays out twice a year, and decent health insurance. Stock is reserved for early operating roles.
Direct decision-making
Three layers max from any IC to the founders. Decisions get made in writing on Slack threads, not in 14-person meetings. We default to action over alignment.
Time off that's actually off
15 vacation days minimum, the week between Christmas and New Year on the company, and we genuinely don't expect Slack replies on weekends.
50% employee discount
Anything in the shop, plus a free $200/quarter store credit. Most of the office uses the products they're shipping; it keeps us honest.

Roles below are actively being filled. If you don't see a fit but think you'd add something to the team, send a note to careers@vconnectusallc.com — we read every cold email.
Four steps. Two weeks.
We respect your time. Our hiring loop is short, the same length for every candidate, and we tell you yes or no within a few days of the final round.
1. Initial chat
30 minutes with the hiring manager. Mostly us learning about you, what you're looking for, and answering your questions about the role.
2. Take-home or work sample
A short, paid task that mirrors actual work. 2–4 hours of effort, and we never ask for spec work we'd ship.
3. Team interviews
Two or three calls with the people you'd work with day-to-day. Half technical, half "what's it like to work together."
4. Offer or decline
Decision within 3 business days. References are checked after offer, not before. We tell you which one applies, in writing.
